PUERTO RICO COMIC CON SHORT FILM FEST

In my most challenging project yet, I wanted to produce the first minutes of what I hope becomes a feature film in the near future.
​
Everything I learned about filmmaking so far was put into practice in this zero budget short. All the post production was done by myself, even diving into adobe after effects for the first time for some energy FX I needed to create.
​
I also worked on promoting the film for the Comic Con world premiere. I worked with artists to develop a poster and anime style original artwork.

Final Project as part of my post production internship in sound editing. I cleaned up dialogue, build background and cut sound effects for the short film. Collaborating with the director, I was able to receive instant feedback and bring his vision to life.

My MFA program director loved the original version that I produced as a Film Concepts exercise, so she said it would be great to remake it as a the main thesis film for our month!

I was able to write and direct the final project. Had great fun working with the actors and was an active part of the post production process.
